Control Child's Food

CHILDREN plump and chubby is cute but are they healthy?

Most parents in Asia are also easily excited to see their child's body to be moreeasily filled or in the definition, obese.
Nonetheless, overweight children are often taken for granted even though theseproblems may interfere with mental and physical development of the children.

For adolescents, the normal for them to eat the regular rate due to increasing age.This group is active and need more food to grow.
